The main goal of the “Corporate Adventure Day” programs is to accelerate the participant audience’s processes of forming effective teams, to increase team performance by providing individual motivation, to create teams that can recognize and manage themselves, to develop a sense of belonging, to think result-oriented, and ultimately to develop positive stages to increase corporate productivity.
Teams find the points marked on the map given to them and try to reach the hidden treasure by using the ciphers at these points. During the program, the necessity of interdependence and trust in conditions different from the normal working environment creates and reinforces a sense of respect, guidance and mutual trust among team members, and the platforms open to learning that are formed in this way are reflected in the relationships that employees establish in their business life in a very different dimension.
This activity contributes to raising awareness and reviewing teamwork, decision making, problem solving, stress management, crisis management and other competencies for middle and senior managers. In addition, this fun activity also aims to improve interpersonal relationship management by getting to know each other personally.
