Leadership and Executive Coaching Program for Senior and Mid-Level and High-Potential (High-Po) Executives

It is a relationship model rather than a methodology, with a structure that facilitates the continuity of learning and the application of what has been learned to real life by spreading leadership development tools over time in line with learning, performance enhancement and satisfaction goals. The Leadership and Executive Coaching Program is a process where leaders learn to reveal their true selves by living and reflecting their strengths and values at the optimum level, focusing on the impact they want to leave by increasing their personal awareness on themselves, their relationships and the organization.

Who Should Attend

Leaders who want to change the direction of their company, function leaders who are members of the executive board reporting to the CEO/GMG, and directors and managers reporting to them can benefit from this program and take their leadership to the next level. In addition, promising high potential (up to +3 levels) who are still at the lower or middle level of the company can benefit from this personalized, one-to-one program.

Education Content

The program outlines the following topics in general terms and is shaped in line with the goals of the leaders:

  • To access their rich inner resources and make a difference with their authentic selves;
  • Explore and adopt leadership styles and add other leadership styles to their repertoire;
  • Focus on priorities and strategic issues with effective time management skills;
  • Manage stress and uncertainty during periods of change or transition;
  • Adopt the language of constructive communication with their teams and within their organizations, understand differences as richness and create positive results;
  • To be able to read their environment in terms of emotions and needs, to see the opportunities that are available and to make maximum use of them;
  • Develop in being flexible and open, taking responsibility, self-confidence and being pro-active;
  • Develop visionary leadership skills by designing the “Leadership Traces” they will leave in the organization and their teams;
  • Over time, it enables them to gain the ability to coach themselves.
