The aim is not only to teach participants systematic approaches and techniques for problem solving and decision making processes, but also to adopt this approach throughout the organization and to give it to employees as a perspective.
In order to overcome a problem, it is necessary to develop the authority to look at the problem from the outside instead of focusing on its negatives.
While details sometimes cause confusion in perception, the ability to look at the problem objectively and from the outside makes it possible to solve even very complex solutions with simple approaches.
Traffic chaos is an exercise in seeing the whole, requiring effective use of the planning stage. It also focuses on the flow of communication within the organization and the effective use of guidance/direction skills.
