It is a team-specific program developed for teams consisting of members who need to produce results together to have sustainable success. Based on a proprietary team TDA Model, this work starts with an objective inventory in which team members evaluate the team and consists of a 2-day Training followed by half-day team coaching sessions once a month.

Who Should Attend
This program can be attended by members of the company’s Executive Board, the function leader and his/her direct reports within a specific function, or groups that need to produce results as a team, including the entire department. Although there is no minimum number for these teams, the team test can be applied up to 54 people and is also used as a climate test.
Education Content
- It takes a picture of the current situation of the team by evaluating a total of 14 characteristics that make a team successful in the axes of ‘team efficiency’ and ‘team spirit’ (positivity) by team members and reveals the aspects of the system that work well and fail.
- The content of the training is shaped by the test results and the discussion with the team leader.
- Team training is a reflection of the sharing of inventory results and the content created in the light of the inventory results.
- The program works with a single Team Coach/Trainer when the number of team members is up to 8 people, above 8 people two Team Coaches/Trainers lead the program.
