The link between motivation and productivity within the framework of individual-organization interaction emphasizes the importance of the human factor and the role of motivation in aligning individual goals with organizational goals.
Participants have to create a domino waterfall within the limited time given.
As in business projects, different teams carry out different parts of the waterfall. They have to overcome many challenges to fulfill the conditions defined in the process. Can the group arrange the dominoes in such a way that 75% of them fall?
Teams should have a good understanding of what the correct distance between dominoes is, reliability of operation in different test phases, bends, intersections, height differences and other challenges. In addition to ensuring that communication between teams runs smoothly, mentors create slogans and rituals to motivate their groups.
Working in teams: Developing creative solutions together, improving communication, using team rituals, maintaining team motivation.
