Objective: Today, the need to work efficiently, and therefore the effective use of time, has become a priority for people of all professions. Workers had to either do more work in a given period of time or perform the same work in a shorter period of time. Therefore, the wise planning and use of time has become an irresistible need. This training aims to teach how to use time effectively and efficiently without wasting time that cannot be borrowed, but only used and constantly passing.
DEADLINE – 30 MINUTES
This 30-minute activity is ideal to demonstrate the need for the team to manage their time, manage it well and work together.
Each team member has different wisdom that they cannot show to each other. The clock is ticking and teams have exactly 30 minutes to complete the mission. They have all the information they need, but it is scattered in the teams’ information files. – good team communication is therefore vital

It is a coaching work practice. The emphasized message is that time management is meaningful not to save the day, but if it serves the larger goal; otherwise, time management in daily life is meaningless if it does not serve the main goal.
