It is an organizational team exercise that entertains the participants, especially in high-participation meetings, and while having fun, focuses on teamwork and competencies to manage adaptation processes.
In a fast-paced, exciting adventure full of unknowns, team members try to find out who the killer and the killer’s assistant are before the killer escapes, and to use their time efficiently within the specified time in intra-team and inter-team interaction and communication.
Nobody knows who is who? So how will they approach the goal, what clues will they follow to reach a solution?
With good teamwork, problem solving skills and time management, there is no reason why teams cannot achieve success.
