As Rudex Consultancy, we have been providing services in the field of marketing and public opinion research in TRNC for about 5 years.
In December 2021, we completed the “Agenda in TRNC: Social Impact of Pandemic and Economic Developments and Political Preferences of Voters”, which we conducted in December 2021 with the participation of approximately 1200 people.
The main purpose of this study is to diagnose the current economic, social and political situation of the Turkish Cypriot community in Northern Cyprus and to provide a basis for other studies to be carried out in these and similar fields in the following years with the data to be obtained.
This study is an “INDEPENDENT” study carried out within the framework of objective criteria, professional qualifications and competence, regardless of any political opinion or tendency.
In the study, the opinions and perceptions of the Turkish Cypriot Community of Northern Cyprus regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, their thoughts on the TRNC health system, home ownership, income-savings-borrowing status, relations with financial institutions, satisfaction with working life and ultimately their political preferences were questioned.
We believe that when the research findings are cross-referenced with the different demographic and socioeconomic variables included in our questionnaire, very interesting and seminal results will be reached.
We believe that non-governmental organizations, private companies operating in different fields such as food-clothing-furniture-services-tourism-tourism-finance-construction, public institutions, advertising agencies and media organizations can benefit from the results of the research and direct their policies and action plans in the coming periods.
